Chia Seed Pudding is definitely one of my favourite options for quick breakfast that I can prepare the night before, or as an options of midday snack or late night dessert.  It is very versatile and easy to make, there are many options of berries and fruits that can be add on to it.  Its fun and easy to make, yummy and definitely good for the body

Ingredients:

2 Cups of non-dairy Milk

1/2 Cup of chia seeds

3 Tbsp Agave

1 cup of Strawberries

Directions:

1) Add all ingredients to a bowl excluding the strawberries,mix well and let it sit in the fridge overnight (or at least 5 hours)

2) Remove from from fridge, stir out any clumps and add strawberries

3) Put mixture in container of choose, garnish with more berries and mint

Tips:

For this I used Almond milk, but if dairy is part of your diet, feel free to use it instead of the non-dairy options.  I love Agave as a sugar substitute, but Maple syrup work as well.
